The critical point is that they also know they want to do it anyway and it is in addressing this desire that this book is so valuable. The warm, fuzzy happy feeling that comes from having the first one or two is what hooks people in and is a benefit for those feeling insecure, or tired, or down. Jason Vale’s perspective on alcohol and quitting are consistent with others, but his style, illustrations, and tone are so entertaining and no nonsense. Whether you agree with this statement or not, one thing is for sure, you will never see alcohol in the same light ever again after reading this book.
I've had a few occasions where I've thought it might be fun to have a drink; the book says no willpower required. It also makes you question what is the point of drinking when it usually leads to such regrets ,lows etc.
