The nose is all butterscotch and vanilla. With just a hint of oak and some agave. The initial taste is more of the same with some caramel, maybe toffee and agave at the end. The body is a little thin, but the amazing taste more than makes up for it. The finish carries on and on. Which drives the enjoyability. The price is high, but I'm not sure this one isn't worth it. The 1942 martini is a tequila based drink that is a twist on the classic gin martini. The main difference from the classic martini is that the base spirit in this drink is tequila. The other ingredients in the drink are dry vermouth and orange bitters. Koob GF. Director's Blog: Alcohol poses different challenges during the COVID-19 pandemic. We went to Arenal, Tequila and I got a very good and clear explanation from Andrea on everything from the chemistry of the distillation process to the economics of the tequila/mezcal industry. Got to learn a lot about Andrea’s life as well and felt like I made a friend by the end of the tour. I am not really sure why the drink is called a 1942 martini. There is a tequila that is known as the Don Julio 1942, it is quite possible that the drink somehow gets its name from the tequila that was used. Ingredients Clay JM, Parker MO. This one's a tad heavier than medium, with no alcoholic burn! just enough to remind you it's alcoholic... in fact, I've had some heavy mixed drinks that had the same amount of burn. Very pleasant body overall.Although alcohol temporarily dampens the brain and body’s response to stress, feelings of stress and anxiety not only return, but worsen, once the alcohol wears off. Over time, excessive alcohol consumption can cause adaptations in the brain that intensify the stress response. As a result, drinking alcohol to cope can make problems worse and one may end up drinking to fix the problem that alcohol caused." However, in a widely cited, large-scale research review for the National Institute for Alcohol Abuse and Alcoholism, author H.
